		<description>Right i do run to the machines because i think im burning most of my fat their without even noticing that i wasn&#039;t burning after 30 min and i was the peak of my workout thanks for the tip next time i wil do it with intervals and moderate my time with the machine.</description>

I always have trouble deciding how heavy the weight should be on the machines.</description>

I have had several clients whom have taken up tennis for the first time in their 70&#039;s and, lost 20lbs in 3 months.</description>
